笑門來福工作室是由負責人 JW 帶領、搭配外包夥伴組成的小型團隊。
我們的定位是「客服行銷」：懂業務的客服 × 懂客服的行銷。客服要知道每一則回覆都會影響訂單與回購；行銷要知道每一檔活動，最後都會變成客服與出貨的工作量。我們把這兩邊的流程接起來，再用 Claude 把重複的人工變成系統。
團購專案管理 SaaS
給誰用
台灣的團購主與小型食材商。他們現在多半靠 LINE 群組、表單與試算表，手動收單、對帳、通知出貨。重複的人工非常多，市面上又沒有適合他們規模的工具。
怎麼解決
把一檔團購當成一個專案來管理，從開團到客服回覆串成一條完整流程，並以 Claude API 處理其中最耗人力的環節。

- 訂單擷取
- 把 LINE 訊息與表單裡的訂購內容，整理成結構化的訂單。
- 付款比對
- 把轉帳紀錄與訂單自動比對，減少人工對帳。
- 客服回覆草稿
- 依訂單與出貨狀態產生回覆草稿，由人確認後再送出。
開發與延伸
- 團隊協作開發Claude Code
- 負責人與外包夥伴在同一個團隊工作區，用 Claude Code 一起開發與維護。
- 安全、可控的 AI 代理Agent SDK
- 在多租戶（Supabase RLS）架構下打造 AI 代理，讓每個租戶的資料界線清楚、可控。
- 教大家自製 Agent公開教學
- 把開發過程整理成公開教學，以這套 SaaS 為實例，示範如何用 Claude API 與 Agent SDK 打造自己的 Agent。
產品驗證期將使用 Claude Sonnet 與 Claude Opus 處理真實訂單與客服訊息。
實際做過的系統
生鮮品牌訂貨與出貨系統
負責人使用 Claude Code，為一家台灣生鮮品牌開發內部訂貨與出貨系統：商家透過 LINE 訂貨、後台代客接單、訂單與出貨進度查詢、出貨單列印，以及月結對帳雛形。
目前進度：已通過多項預覽環境驗收，正式營運前的最後驗收進行中。
這套系統處理的收單、對帳與出貨，正是團購主每天面對的問題。

About LAIFUU
LAIFUU Studio (笑門來福工作室) is a small team in Taiwan, led by founder JW Tsay and working with contract partners. Our focus is customer service × marketing: customer service that understands sales, and marketing that understands customer service.
We are building a group-buying project management SaaS for group-buy organizers and small food suppliers in Taiwan. Today they collect orders, reconcile payments and send shipping notices by hand across LINE groups, forms and spreadsheets. We treat each group-buy as a project, connecting launch and KOL matching, order intake, reconciliation, shipping reminders and customer replies.
Claude is at the core. The Claude API handles order extraction, payment matching and customer-reply drafts; the team builds with Claude Code; and we are designing secure, controllable agents with the Agent SDK on a multi-tenant Next.js + Supabase (RLS) stack. The product is in early development, and our first tenant, a partner fresh-food brand, will validate it with real orders.
Our founder has already used Claude Code to build an internal ordering and fulfillment system for a Taiwanese fresh-food brand, now in final pre-launch acceptance testing. We document our process publicly and will turn it into open tutorials on building your own agents with the Claude API and Agent SDK.
